Lots of Peck’s Skippers

For some reason this fall there have been lots of Peck’s skippers.  I have seen double-digit numbers a few times on the walks I do at lunch time.  There have been a number of other grass skippers as well, including fiery skippers, sachems, tawney edge skippers, and Delaware skippers.
