The History of the Butterfly, Part 129: Keokuk and the 300 Dollar Horse

The Sauk and Fox Indians toured the east—first, they had negotiations in Washington.  Then they were treated like rock stars in Boston.  The rest of the trip was not so noteworthy, but there was an interesting conversation recorded when they visited Catlin’s exhibit in New York.
